ARTISTIC LICENSE: Because all of our products are handmade, no two bars of soaps will look the same.

COMPUTER ERROR: We reserve the right to cancel any order that was a result of a mistake in our system.

Due to the personal nature of our business, we do not accept returns once the package is opened or the product is used. If you received the wrong order or damaged products, send us an email within 14 days and we will fix it. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. However, please contact us with the issue and we will try to make it right.

Information provided to us by our customers will always be kept confidential. We will never sell your information to any other organization. We do keep your email address for sending you information about your orders, or for emails about our business. You always have the option to unsubscribe from our email list at anytime.
